Flow Studio is not just a place to exercise. It is a community built around two women, a shared belief in the power of movement, and a studio small enough to know your name.
Campbell River's only dedicated reformer Pilates studio. Premium Cadillac reformer equipment, small classes, and the kind of attention that changes everything.

Flow Studio was created during a time in Amanda's life when she was healing, physically, emotionally, and mentally. After years of chronic pain and a spinal injury that changed her relationship with her body, she found Pilates. And everything shifted.
Not overnight. Not dramatically. But slowly, through breath and movement, she began to come back to herself. That experience planted the seed for what would become Flow Studio, a space where people could discover the same transformation she had found.
“I want people to know that living with discomfort does not have to be the norm. This practice changed my life.”
As the only dedicated reformer Pilates studio in Campbell River, Amanda invested in professional-grade Cadillac reformer equipment and kept class sizes intentionally small. Every detail has been considered because this work is personal.

With over 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training on the full apparatus, Willow brings both deep technical knowledge and genuine warmth to every class she teaches.
Her own journey through back injury recovery gives her an intuitive understanding of how bodies move, adapt, and heal. She has a rare ability to make complex movement feel accessible and to see exactly what each client needs in the moment.
Together, Amanda and Willow have created a studio environment that is knowledgeable, nurturing, and deeply committed to each person's individual journey. When you walk through the doors, you feel it immediately.

With over 13 years of teaching and nearly three decades of practice, Lena lives and breathes yoga—it is far more than a practice for her; it is a way of moving through and experiencing life.
Her classes are steeped in presence, guiding students to move and breathe in ways that feel supportive, intuitive, and nourishing. She believes yoga is truly for everybody, and that each posture can be adapted to meet individual needs and unique body types.
Lena creates a space where people can return to themselves—to their heart, their center, and their inner wisdom—helping them reconnect with their own inner compass and the innate knowing that we are enough, whole, and complete exactly as we are.
Kortney is a yoga instructor and holistic esthetician specializing in hot stone massage, aromatherapy, reiki, and fire cupping. She took her RYT in 2015, immersed in the Costa Rican jungle, and has been expanding her practice ever since.
Her classes are crafted to be gentle, enjoyable recovery and restoration—helping you slow down, tune in, and release what no longer serves you. Chanting, breathwork, sound frequency healing, and aromatherapy are passions she often weaves into her sessions.
Kortney also offers optional scalp massage during shavasana for ultimate bliss. We look forward to having her as part of our team.
