Meet Amanda
Flow Studio was created during a time in Amanda's life when she was healing, physically, emotionally, and mentally. After years of chronic pain and a spinal injury that changed her relationship with her body, she found Pilates. And everything shifted.
Not overnight. Not dramatically. But slowly, through breath and movement, she began to come back to herself. That experience planted the seed for what would become Flow Studio, a space where people could discover the same transformation she had found.
“I want people to know that living with discomfort does not have to be the norm. This practice changed my life.”
As the only dedicated reformer Pilates studio in Campbell River, Amanda invested in professional-grade Cadillac reformer equipment and kept class sizes intentionally small. Every detail has been considered because this work is personal.

Meet Willow
With over 500 hours of comprehensive Pilates training on the full apparatus, Willow brings both deep technical knowledge and genuine warmth to every class she teaches.
Her own journey through back injury recovery gives her an intuitive understanding of how bodies move, adapt, and heal. She has a rare ability to make complex movement feel accessible and to see exactly what each client needs in the moment.
Together, Amanda and Willow have created a studio environment that is knowledgeable, nurturing, and deeply committed to each person's individual journey. When you walk through the doors, you feel it immediately.

Meet Sarah
My journey into movement began over 11 years ago when I got sober and discovered Bikram yoga. The structure and discipline of the practice grounded me, while the meditative rhythm of the 26 & 2 sequence became a source of both strength and healing.
After four years, the closure of my studio led me to explore new ways of moving. I spent time in a traditional gym before finding a true sense of community at Primal Athletics, where I trained for six years. My approach to CrossFit was always rooted in intention, prioritizing form, function, and longevity over heavy lifting, while carrying forward the mindful, body-aware mindset I developed through yoga.
Now, I'm continuing to evolve my practice through teacher training in Reformer, Mat, and Fascia, deepening my understanding of the body and how it moves, adapts, and heals.
As an instructor in training, I'm passionate about creating a supportive, inclusive space where people can connect with their bodies, build strength, and move with confidence. I'm excited to grow within the Campbell River community and look forward to meeting you on the mat.

Meet Lena
With over 13 years of teaching and nearly three decades of practice, Lena lives and breathes yoga. It is far more than a practice for her; it is a way of moving through and experiencing life.
Her classes are steeped in presence, guiding students to move and breathe in ways that feel supportive, intuitive, and nourishing. She believes yoga is truly for everybody, and that each posture can be adapted to meet individual needs and unique body types.
Lena creates a space where people can return to themselves, to their heart, their center, and their inner wisdom, helping them reconnect with their own inner compass and the innate knowing that we are enough, whole, and complete exactly as we are.

Meet Lara
Lara's approach to yoga is rooted in nervous system regulation, emotional awareness, and deep curiosity about the body's inner landscape. With over 13 years of teaching experience and a decade specializing in yoga for eating disorder recovery, she creates a space that feels accessible and supportive.
Blending yoga with Reiki, energy work, and intuitive guidance, she helps students connect to the deeper story held within their bodies, using movement and breath as a way to explore different layers of the self with curiosity and compassion.
Known for making complex concepts simple and relatable, her teaching offers practical tools that students can carry into their everyday lives.

Meet Kerri-Ann
Kerri-Ann was first introduced to yoga and pilates while training as a professional dancer in her late teens. While on tour in Montreal, she experienced the first reformer (only 2 at the time were in Canada) and knew then and there, the incredible benefits.
Her experience as a dance instructor directed her towards working with at risk children and youth as a Child and Youth Worker. It was at that point, she felt the impact yoga could help support the lives of these young people. Kerri-Ann went through an intensive year of training and graduated from Yoga Therapy Toronto, and she continues her yoga therapy education with courses from Ajna Yoga Therapy in Victoria.
She is forever finding ways to assist people in their healing journey and has been a Registered Massage Therapist for over a decade, and has advanced specialized training in Vodders Lymphatic Drainage Massage for people living with lymphedema, lipedema, chronic venous insufficiency, pre and post plastic surgery, reconstructive surgery, oncology massage, palliative massage care, pre-natal, and pediatric massage therapy.
She is passionate about everything she does, and as a person who lives with chronic pain since childhood, she understands the benefits of moving and self care. Yoga and Pilates have brought her much relief and she looks forward to witnessing and supporting your journey at Flow Studio.

Meet Nicole
I came to yoga because I hated my body and wanted it to change, not knowing it would instead heal the parts of me that believed I needed to. Today, yoga is a devotional practice for me, a way of being in relationship with my body, with life, and with something greater.
I'm passionate about movement, time in nature, and exploring both my inner and outer worlds. My classes are grounded in breath, movement, and stilling the mind, with the intention of cultivating a deeper and more harmonious relationship with self.
“I teach because I believe this is the most meaningful offering I can make with my one precious life.”
I am deeply grateful to my teachers and feel a responsibility to share the gifts and sacred wisdom they have passed on to me. When I'm not teaching, I'm usually outside, foraging for mushrooms or spending time alone in the mountains.
